When I started the coaching programme I felt overwhelmed and flattened, and my confidence was at a low ebb. By the end of the coaching programme I felt I had a new lease of life. I felt more in control, invigorated and more confident. I was able to assess, analyse and rationalise, and judge what was critical and what wasn’t.
